well, some of my friends who knows that its been very hard for me to achieve 40 +++ for my weight since my secondary school had asked me how how how!
how to gain weight!
well, no supplement needed!
just eat eat eat and eat! with no worries~
and eat a lot of fruits!
the important one is,
no drinks just directly after you eat pliss~
if you feel strangled, do drink a bit. not much.
let it be about half an hour, then drink as much as you wanted to!
beware a lot of the stomach!
